What's that hair style with the v shape in the back....?

I'm going to get my hair cut soon but instead of having it straight across, I want it like going in the shape of a v, shorter in the front but longer in the back. How would I explain this to my hair dresser? And if you have any pictures that would be nice. I have side bangs already but they need to be trimmed
