Hey, what should i tell my hair dresser to get one of these emo haircuts??

what im looking for is how i should cut the back as most of these pictures dont SHOW the back, right now it looks weird as it's a mullet type shape (mind a very short almost non noticeable one) but its longer then the sides by an odd amount---Please help!! i have to get this ASAP so contact likewise--THANKS! :-)
