From a good haircut and style (from a girl) I expect $5-$10. With a color, depending on how difficult, I generally get anywhere from $10-$25.

There are exceptions, one time I recieved a $50 tip. I almost cried. LOL. Just see what your hairdresser did, how much time she spent on your hair, and how much you like it at the end. =)
