i got my hair cut and my hair dresser gelled it a little but im scared because i love my hair and i always take good care of it and all that.. and like it is perfect

it doesnt look damaged or anything like that im just wondering if it got hurt :[

(not the same way obviously)

and so if u dont take enough iron.. ur hair will be starved of oxygen and lose its shine, luster, etc.

b vitamins are also great for the hair. salmon, coldwater fish, and sardines are great fish that contain many of the vitamins hair needs.

No dont worry it will not hert your hair if you take care of it. just make sure that you wash your hair shortly after because that gel can make your hair really sticky and i dont think any body likes that do they.

no. it works as protection. but seriously, i recommend you to use a leave-on conditioner instead of gel.

besides gel doesn't ruin ur hair its just not good for the scalp thats why u gotta wash it

That depends on the gel product you use.

When in doubt ask your hairstylist,and remember you get what you pay for.

Try to look for a gel that does not have as much alcohol in it,as alcohol is what damages hair.
